Question 1

What am I actually buying?

Accepted Answer

A share of an on-chain fund: an ERC-4626 vault token on HyperEVM (chain 999). The vault contract IS the token. Shares are minted when you deposit USDC and burned when you redeem, priced by the vault’s own on-chain accounting inside your transaction.

Question 2

What does the fund hold?

Accepted Answer

BTC and ETH perpetuals at once, each long or short according to its own trend signal, rebalanced automatically. All three funds run the same strategy on the same signals; only the leverage ceiling differs: 1.3×, 2.6× or 4.55×.

Question 3

What are the fees?

Accepted Answer

Buy 0.10%. Sell 0.10% or $1.50, whichever is higher. Both stay in the fund for the remaining holders. Plus 2%/yr management and 20% of profit above the high-water mark, accrued from NAV. Paid in native USDC, no swap.

Question 4

Why is the strategy not published?

Accepted Answer

The signal logic is proprietary, and the open positions of a leveraged book that rebalances on a schedule are a front-running signal. What is public: the live NAV, the fund size, the P&L, the fee structure, the on-chain accounting, and the 4.6-year backtest of the strategy on the Monitor.

Question 5

Who holds the money?

Accepted Answer

Until you buy, it is in your own wallet. After you buy, the fund’s assets sit in the fund’s own trading account on HyperCore, managed by the operator. This part of the service is operator-custodial, not non-custodial.

Question 6

How do I sell?

Accepted Answer

Enter a share amount and confirm. Your shares are burned and a claim is struck immediately as a fixed USDC amount; the cash is paid once the fund has freed it. One open claim per address. Exit fee 0.10% or $1.50, whichever is higher.

Question 7

What is the risk?

Accepted Answer

Leveraged and actively managed: you can lose your entire investment through drawdowns, funding costs or liquidation. The contracts are not externally audited. The live track record is short; the long curves on the Monitor are a backtest of the same strategy, not this fund’s past. Invest only what you can afford to lose entirely.
